Dear Pranab Babu: Increase interest subvention to boost engineering exports

On our segment Dear Pranab Babu, Aman Chadhha, Chairman of The Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) feels that the engineering export sector should get additional credit subsidy. He also requests to increase interest subvention from 2 per cent to 4 per cent for exporters. "The sector also needs the technology upgradation fund to enhance productivity and quantity," he added.
