Aamir's Ghajini strikes revenue sharing deal with multiplexes

Till recently only Bollywood biggie Yash Chopra flexed his muscle when it came to getting a higher share from ticket sales at multiplexes, but with the sheen disappearing from his movies, it is now Akshay Kumar and Aamir Khan who are calling it the shots. Yash Raj Films traditionally raked in 50 per cent of the total ticket sales from multiplexes in the first and second week, while other banners earn 48 per cent and 38 per cent during the same duration.
