Double-dip recession unlikely: Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi

Chris Rupkey, chief financial economist at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, says it takes a lot to cause a double dip recession and it just can’t happen because consumers are hugely in debt. We should be looking at normalization at this point, he adds.
