India may have done well in the World Bank's Ease of Doing Business report, jumping 30 points but starting a business remains a big concern. NASSCOM today released its annual report on the state of India's Startup ecosystem. The industry body says seed funding for new Start-ups has come down dramatically by 50%, because of unfriendly taxation. NDTV speaks to NASSCOM President R Chandrashekhar.
