Economic Survey 2016: India a Haven of Stability

India is a haven of stability, the fastest growing economy in the world and an outpost of opportunity. The economic survey pegs next year's growth at more realistic levels, between 7 per cent and 7.75 per cent but says the Indian economy, which is oozing potential, is not realising it fully. On Budget Buzz, NDTV's Shweta Rajpal Kohli speaks to experts and politicians on the Economic Survey and their expectations from the budget based on it.
