Economic Survey 2016: India a Haven of Stability

India is a haven of stability, the fastest growing economy in the world and an outpost of opportunity. The economic survey pegs next year's growth at more realistic levels, between 7 per cent and 7.75 per cent but says the Indian economy, which is oozing potential, is not realising it fully.
