Bulldozers Reach Sambhal: Marriage Hall Razed, Mosque Gets 4-Day Reprieve
Following the Bareilly demolition, authorities moved into Sambhal where a marriage hall was demolished under heavy security. While the mosque adjacent to it was also marked for demolition, officials granted a four-day grace period after appeals from the mosque committee. To ensure law and order, a large police and paramilitary presence was deployed, and a flag march was conducted in the village.
