Top leaders, including Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and his deputy Samrat Choudhary, the RJD's Lalu Yadav and Tejashwi Yadav, and LJP's Chirag Paswan have already voted. "Vote and inspire others to vote," Kumar said in a social media post.
