Baffled and hurt that people still question Batla encounter, says Delhi's top cop

After a Delhi court ruled that the 2008 Batla House encounter was genuine, Delhi Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar said he was baffled and hurt that people were still seeking further vindication on the matter. Speaking to NDTV, Mr Kumar said that questions raised on the encounter were demoralising for the police.
