Caught on camera: 'Customer' bolts from jewellery shop
A thief has been caught on CCTV camera robbing a jewellery shop in Nallasopara near Mumbai in broad daylight. CCTV footage shows the thief, pretending to be a customer and entering Gaurav Jewellers. After checking out jewellery, he suddenly turns and runs away with gold chains worth nearly one and half lakh rupees. Though the shop keeper and his helper chase the thief, they are unable to catch him. The incident took place on Monday and though the thief can be clearly seen in the CCTV footage, the police have still not yet managed to detain or arrest anyone.
