A man from Ghaziabad ran a fake 'embassy of Westarctica' from his rented house. He used morphed photos with Indian leaders, diplomatic license plates, and even gave himself the title of ambassador. But beneath this farce is a complex international fraud involving hawala networks and shell companies in Dubai, the UK, and Mauritius. Parmeshwar Bawa reports.
