Alarming Rise In Covid Infections Among Children In Maharashtra

Maharashtra, one of India's worst affected states in the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic, had also seen an alarming rise in cases among children. In the last five months, over 1 lakh children have been affected; 76,000 have caught the infection in just 45 days. Doctors say about 70% of the children's Covid reports are negative, but they are testing positive for the antibodies and reaching hospitals in a critical condition.
