US observes 12th anniversary of 9/11 attacks

Families of those killed on 9/11 gathered on Wednesday morning in New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia to mark the anniversary of the attacks. Time stood still at the World Trade Center site while families wept for loved ones who perished in the terror attacks 12 years ago.
