National Award winning actor Prakash Raj is gearing up for bilingual film Dhoni, which will be his first release of 2012.
The film, which has been directed by him too, is the story of a father who wants his son to pursue an MBA but the son dreams of being cricketer like Indian skipper MS Dhoni.
Dhoni, which will release in Tamil and Telugu has been shot in Puducherry and Hyderabad.
Puri Jagannadh's son Akash plays the role of Prakash Raj's son in the film.
The film also talks about the flaws in our education system and the difficulties that kids face.
Prakash Raj is super excited about the film and actor has been regularly tweeting about the film. He recently tweeted: "My day begins with the master.... Ilayaraja starts the Background score of "DHONI" my film....releasing This feb for you. Cheersssss!!!!"
The film is now in post-production and is set to hit the screens in February this year.
