Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2021) final answer key has been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) today, September 15, at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Students can calculate their scores using the final answer key. To calculate your score using the JEE Main 2021 final answer key, add four marks for every correct answer and deduct one mark for every wrong answer. In the numeric section, there is no negative marking, so if any answer is wrong in that section, no marks will be deducted. After adding and subtracting the marks, add the total marks to get an approximate idea of JEE Main 2021 score.
On September 8, soon after the deadline to challenge the provisional JEE Main answer key had expired, the NTA had posted a document on the official exam page describing it as the "Final Answer Key As On 06.09.2021". It contained questions and correct option IDs. That led to some confusion over both the answer key as well as the JEE Main results but the final version has been released today and not on Wednesday.
Students who appeared for JEE Main Session 4 examinations can download the answer key in PDF format through the official website- jeemain.nta.nic.in. Students will be required to key in their application number and date of birth to access the JEE Main 2021 final answer key.
The JEE Main 2021 results have already been declared, and those who meet the JEE Main cut-off score, can apply for Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling 2021 and get their seats in Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Central Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs).
Top 2,50,000 students will be eligible to apply for the JEE Advanced 2021 registration process which started on September 11.
