Former AirAsia India CFO Vijay Gopalan missed an IndiGo flight from Tiruchirappalli to Chennai. Gopalan accused IndiGo ground staff of arrogance and poor communication at the airport lounge. Flight departure times were repeatedly delayed, but no boarding announcements were made in the lounge.
