TVS Motor Company reported its highest-ever annual sales performance in FY2025-26, with total volumes rising 24 per cent year-on-year. The strong finish was supported by healthy March 2026 dispatches, which stood at 5,19,358 units, up 25 per cent compared to the same month last year. 

For March 2026, the company's two-wheeler sales increased 25 per cent to 4,98,134 units from 4,00,120 units in March 2025. Domestic two-wheeler sales also grew at the same pace, climbing to 3,72,383 units. Motorcycles contributed 2,32,788 units, registering an 18 per cent increase, while scooter sales rose 31 per cent to 2,17,624 units.

The electric vehicle segment continued to remain one of the stronger growth drivers for the company. EV sales went up by 44 per cent last month to 38,877 units compared to 26,935 units in the corresponding period last year. The sustained momentum in the EV space further strengthened TVS' position in the fast-growing electric two-wheeler market. The brand currently has the TVS iQube and the Orbiter,  contributing to the growth.

International business also posted healthy growth in March. Total overseas sales increased 25 per cent to 1,41,443 units, while two-wheeler exports grew 23 per cent to 1,25,751 units. The three-wheeler business remained another bright spot, registering a 46 per cent rise to 21,224 units during the month.

On a quarterly basis, TVS posted its highest-ever Q4 sales at 15.60 lakh units, up 28 per cent over the same period last financial year. Two-wheeler sales for the quarter rose 27 per cent to 15 lakh units, while three-wheeler volumes increased 65 per cent to 0.60 lakh units.

For the full financial year, two-wheeler sales stood at 56.70 lakh units, marking a 23 per cent improvement, while three-wheeler sales rose sharply by 63 per cent to 2.19 lakh units. Total exports for FY2025-26 grew 33 per cent to 15.85 lakh units, underlining the company's strong domestic and international momentum.
