Potholes remain a serious issue across India, especially during the monsoon season when rainwater fills them up, turning roads into obstacle courses. These waterlogged craters slow down traffic and pose real dangers to commuters. In some cases, potholes have even led to fatal accidents, highlighting the urgent need for better road maintenance.

Recently, we came across an X post by a meme page called- Trendulkar, the image shows a Tata Harrier.ev advertisement. In the image, we see a 'Polaroid frame' placed on a road; the frame is adjusted as such that the potholes act as the main subject. The frame is captioned- " the perfect road for Harrier.ev". While a few of them took the advertisement humorously, a few X users often started questioning authorities over the pothole concerns. One of the X users commented, "The economy is so great that Indian companies use Indian roads for advertisement."

Tata recently launched the Harrier.ev in India at a starting price of Rs 21.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The all-electric SUV impressed the Indian car enthusiasts with its all-wheel drive prowess. Earlier, the brand released a video showcasing the off-road capabilities of the electric SUV. The video features Dr Mohammed Fahed, a professional off-roader, climbing the Elephant Rock in Kerala.

Additionally, the Tata Harrier.ev unlocked another achievement in motorsports by becoming the first ever electric car to ace at the iconic car rally- Desert Quest. This record milestone also credited the Tata SUV with a bunch of other titles, as the achievement bagged a place in the Asia Book of Records, Limca Book of Records, and the India Book of Records.

Talking about the specs, the Tata Harrier.ev comes with two battery options: 65 kWh and 75 kWh. In the dual-motor setup, the front motor makes 155.8 hp, and the rear unit makes 234.7 hp. The combined setup allows the SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds.

For off-road driving, the Harrier.ev has six modes: Sand, Snow, Rock, Mud/Ruts, Normal, and Custom. These modes adjust power and suspension settings for different conditions. It also includes Off-Road Assist features like low-speed cruise control that can maintain a speed of 5 km/h. The Harrier.ev is better equipped than the Harrier diesel, which has only three drive modes: Normal, Wet, and Rough.
