Royal Enfield Posts 11 Pc YoY Surge In February 2026 With 1,00,905 Units Sold

Royal Enfield posted monthly sales of 1,00,905 motorcycles in February 2026. The company witnessed 11% growth over the same period of the previous year when it sold 90,670 motorcycles.  

Speaking about the performance for February 2026, B. Govindarajan, Managing Director - Eicher Motors Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer - Royal Enfield, said, "February continues the positive momentum we have seen this financial year, reflecting sustained demand across markets and our growing global community. To prepare for current and future growth, we recently announced plans for a capacity addition that will be achieved over the next 18 months through a brownfield expansion at our Cheyyar manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu. This will take our annual production capacity up to 20 lakh units from the existing 14.6 lakh units. Rooted in our long-term goal to build readiness into our operations, this expansion aims to serve our community as the demand grows. We remain optimistic about the road ahead."

Alongside its strong sales performance in February 2026, Royal Enfield announced several key developments across manufacturing, community engagement, rides, and international business.

Royal Enfield is preparing for its next phase of growth with parent company Eicher Motors' Board approving a brownfield expansion at the Cheyyar facility in Tamil Nadu. With an investment of Rs 958 crore, this move will increase annual production capacity from 14.6 lakh units to 20 lakh motorcycles, strengthening the brand's ability to meet rising demand.

Royal Enfield's popular street culture platform, HunterHood, made its way to Shillong this month. Inspired by the Hunter 350, HunterHood celebrates music, art, skating, and urban creativity, bringing together riders and local communities in a city known for its vibrant cultural identity.

The brand successfully concluded the Desert Cruise Ride, a curated culinary expedition across Rajasthan held from February 12 to 22. Covering Jaipur, Mandwa, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Pushkar, and more, the ride combined diverse terrains with immersive experiences in regional cuisine, heritage stays, and desert landscapes, reinforcing Royal Enfield's focus on experiential motorcycling.
