New Twin-Cylinder KTM Duke, Adventure Snapped Testing: Details

KTM recently started production at its Austrian plant after about two months of a temporary halt. With this, the brand seems to have already laid the roadmap for the operations. Recently, two new KTM motorcycles, the KTM Duke and Adventure, have been spied on test. While a few media reports claim that these are the updated KTM 790 Duke and 790 Adventure models, there are other reports hinting at other possibilities.

The recently spotted test mule of the KTM Duke ditches the body panels, suggesting that it is in the initial stage of experimentation. However, the headlight seems to be inspired by the KTM 990 Duke. The KTM Adventure missed out on the body panels, too. That said, the visor and headlight seem to be borrowed from the recently launched 2025 KTM 390 Adventure.

Coming to the doubt, a few media reports claimed that these units are powered by a 790cc engine, and are dubbed as the KTM 790 Duke and the KTM 790 Adventure. However, other reports raised considerable doubt that the test mules spot a single front disc brake, suggesting that these units might be the ones with smaller displacement engines.

While the exact engine details of these KTM motorcycles are still in doubt. It must be noted that the current version of the KTM 790 Duke and the 790 Adventure deliver more than 90 hp and have a twin disc setup for stable braking.
