JSW Motor India is gearing up to introduce its new flagship SUV, the MG Majestor, in the Indian market on 12 February. First revealed at the Auto Expo 2025, the Majestor is positioned as the successor to the Gloster and represents MG's boldest entry yet in the premium D+ segment. While teasers had already hinted at its design, the latest video footage provides a clear look at the SUV in daylight, showcasing its muscular proportions and upscale styling.
MG Majestor: Exterior And Design
The Majestor's exterior is designed to make a statement. At the front, it features a Matrix-style grille paired with split headlamps and LED DRLs arranged both horizontally and vertically, giving it a distinctive face. The side profile continues the aggressive theme, with flared arches, 19-inch alloy wheels, and a strong stance that emphasizes its commanding road presence.

The SUV has been displayed multiple times, including at the Auto Expo and during road and off-road trials in India. The production version remains close to the concept shown earlier. Built on the Maxus D90 platform, which is sold in markets such as China and Saudi Arabia, the Majestor also shares its DNA with the MG Rakan introduced in Kuwait. Its proportions and styling clearly reflect this global lineage.
MG Majestor: Interior And Features
Though MG has not officially revealed the cabin, spy shots suggest a layout similar to the Maxus D90. Expected highlights include a 12.3-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system, a matching 12.3-inch digital driver's display, a column-mounted gear selector, and a three-spoke steering wheel. Premium features are likely to include a panoramic sunroof, three-zone climate control, wireless charging, a 12-speaker audio system, powered tailgate, Level 2 ADAS, and electrically adjustable front seats with heating and massage functions. These additions aim to cement the Majestor's position as MG's flagship SUV.
