Jaguar has ended the production of the F-Pace after ten years, with the final unit leaving the Solihull plant in the UK. This milestone clears the path for the brand's transition to an all-electric future. The last F-Pace will be handed over to the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust, joining other final production models preserved by the manufacturer.

Jaguar's first SUV, the F-Pace, debuted at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show before global sales began in 2016. The model entered the Indian market in October of that year with two diesel engine options, while a 2-litre four-cylinder petrol variant was added in 2018. The F-Pace received its sole facelift in 2021, introducing refreshed design cues and updated features.

Jaguar made no official announcement after the final F-Pace build, marking the end of all petrol and diesel models, though sufficient stock remains to last until 2026. This milestone follows the discontinuation of the XE, XF, E-Pace, electric I-Pace, and F-Type sports car since June 2024. Looking ahead, Jaguar plans to open order books for its upcoming GT model in mid-2026, with customer deliveries expected to commence in 2027.

Jaguar, owned by Tata under Jaguar Land Rover, announced its all-electric strategy in 2021, aligning with broader industry trends. While many rivals such as Mercedes-Benz and Volvo have since slowed their electrification plans due to weaker EV demand, and the EU has relaxed its proposed 2035 ban on new ICE sales, Jaguar has remained firm in its commitment.

The brand previewed its future direction with the 2024 Type 00 Concept, unveiling a refreshed logo and marketing approach that sparked considerable online debate. Meanwhile, prototypes of Jaguar's upcoming 5.4-metre GT have been spotted in both heavy camouflage and striking liveries. The most recent, finished in London Red, celebrated 90 years of Jaguar alongside the iconic SS Jaguar.

Jaguar's production-spec 4-door electric GT, originally slated for a late-2025 reveal, has been delayed to 2026 after a major cyberattack in August 2025 disrupted operations at the Solihull, Halewood, and Wolverhampton plants. Although manufacturing resumed in October, the EV's launch timeline has been pushed back.

According to reports, the new GT will be built at the Solihull facility, and will debut first in North America and Europe. If introduced in India, it is expected to rival premium electric sedans such as the Porsche Taycan and Audi e-tron GT.
