Suzuki has unveiled the 2026 Hayabusa, bringing targeted updates designed to enhance everyday usability while preserving its iconic character. The refinements include improved electronics, throttle response, and weight distribution, ensuring the superbike stays competitive in a rapidly evolving segment.

Also, Suzuki has rolled out a Special Edition Hayabusa, distinguished by a blue and white paint scheme. It features a 3D Suzuki emblem, special edition badging on the fuel tank, and comes equipped with a seat cowl as standard.

The core mechanics of the updated Suzuki Hayabusa remain unchanged, and continue to draw power from the 1,340 cc inline-four, liquid-cooled engine producing 190 bhp and 150 Nm of torque. It continues to use a 6-speed gearbox with a bi-directional quickshifter. In India, the superbike is priced at Rs 18.06 lakh (ex-showroom).

Talking about the upgrades, the new iteration of the Hayabusa receives its most notable update with revised throttle maps, tuned to deliver stronger torque at lower revs for improved acceleration and everyday usability. Enhancements also include an updated cruise control system that stays active during gear changes with the bi-directional quickshifter.

Additionally, Suzuki has refined the launch control system and equipped the superbike with a lighter, more compact lithium-ion battery, further boosting performance and efficiency while maintaining the Hayabusa's reputation for cutting-edge technology in the evolving superbike segment.
