Kia has pulled the wraps off the next-generation Telluride globally. The brand's new verion of the SUV is set to make its world premiere at the 2025 LA Auto Show, which is happening between November 21- 30, 2025. While it carries the silhouette of its previous model, the brand has overhauled the new version with a host of changes on the exterior and inside.
The new Kia Telluride continues with the boxy stance, seen on the previous models. However, the brand has incorporated a longer wheelbase that gives it more room on the inside and a more practical approach. With the update, the Telluride is embracing a more upright and angular stance. Up front, it sports vertically stacked LED lights flanking a wide, boxy grille that amplifies its SUV presence. The bonnet and fender lines are now cleaner and more geometric, signalling a clear shift from the soft contours of the outgoing model.
Kia Telluride interior
Inside, the new-gen Kia Telluride adopts a cleaner, more streamlined dashboard layout, anchored by a straight beltline that stretches across the cabin. A wide touchscreen sits subtly raised for better visibility, seamlessly paired with a digital instrument cluster housed in the same sleek enclosure.
The new Telluride's cabin aims to be both comfortable and functional, featuring soft ambient lighting and useful additions like foldable tables and flexible storage options. Slight increases in length and height help improve headroom and make it easier to access the second and third rows. The X-Pro variant brings a more rugged look along with features suited for off-road use.
Although Kia hasn't confirmed the powertrain lineup yet, the new-gen Telluride is expected to carry forward its 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine with an output of around 287 hp. A 2.5-litre turbocharged hybrid variant is also likely, delivering approximately 329 hp.
