Mahindra is planning to introduce a diverse range of products in both the Indian and global markets. The Indian automaker revealed several new concepts at the Freedom_Nu event on August 15, 2025. Now, the updated version of Bolero Neo has been snapped testing in India. Though the test mule has been on rounds for a long time, this particular vehicle carries some new design highlights.

Starting with the design, the Mahindra Bolero Neo test vehicle was wrapped with camouflage sheets at the front, revealing the silhouette and overall design cues. At the front, the updated Mahindra Bolero Neo retains the single-barrel reflector chamber headlight from the outgoing model. Meanwhile, the previously spotted test mules carry the rounded headlights from the Thar Roxx. The 2025 Mahindra Bolero Neo will get a shorter upper grille at the front, with vertical slats. It retains the boxy stance and gets newly designed alloy wheels.
While the overall exterior design gets subtle changes, the interior of the 2025 Bolero Neo is expected to get major updates. The spy shots did not reveal much of the inside. However, the new Bolero Neo is expected to get an updated list of features like a larger 10.2-inch infotainment screen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control, a wireless charging pad, ventilated seats, and more.

Under the hood, the 2025 Mahindra Bolero Neo is expected to retain the power mill from the current iteration that gets a 1.5-liter mHawk diesel engine, producing about 98.64 hp and 260 Nm of torque, with options for manual or automatic transmission.
