After Tata Consultancy Services, one of India's top IT firms, stopped their work-from-home policy, it triggered a mass resignation from women in the organisation - ironically, the very same organisation that had over 35% women in their workforce. Ogilvy's global CEO Devika Bulchandani says that women can indeed do it all, but there is no such thing as perfect harmony.
