Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara speaks to NDTV about the blast in Bengaluru's popular Rameshwaram Cafe. "On the one hand, we are trying to make Bengaluru a safe city, on the other such incidents are happening. This is an unfortunate incident. I request the people to maintain peace. We will do our best to catch those responsible -  whether it was one person or more, we will find out. We have secured the CCTV footage in which a man is seen with a bag. A low-intensity IED has been used. We will find the exact reason and the person," he said.
