The Mahindra Gusto and the TVS Scooty Zest are here. Both scooters want to challenge the mighty Honda Activa and both seem to have some of what it takes. The Scooty nameplate is the veteran in the pack, but it's the first time that TVS is offering a 110 cc engine instead of the 90cc you see in the Pep+ and Streak variants of the Scooty. The Zest is refined and offers good drivability. As does the Gusto - Mahindra's first all-new scooter that's been developed in-house. It's a smart offering with plenty of innovative features - but will that be enough?
