Supreme Court Asks Tamil Nadu Why Enforcement Directorate Shouldn't Summon Its Officers?
The Enforcement Directorate has approached the Supreme Court after the Madras High Court stayed summons by it to five IAS officers in an illegal sand mining case. The state government says the probe agency should have asked it first before sending summons.
