A tailor has confessed to sexually abusing minor girls for over ten years and he was even arrested once for child abuse in 2006. The Women and Child Welfare Minister believes that we need a national database of sexual offenders and she has been pushing for it since the past two years. On Agenda tonight, will maintaining a record of sexual offenders help tackle the problem of child abuse or will it do nothing to change the situation?
