Power Minister On PM's Climate Mantra
Power Minister RK Singh spoke to NDTV on the political war over PM Modi's climate goals. "We had pledged at COP21 in Paris that by 2030, 40 per cent of our capacity will be from non-fossil fuel sources. We are already at 39 per cent. We will reach 50 per cent (as the renewed commitments)," he said on India's announcements at Glasgow.
