Shashi Tharoor pulls out of UN race

India's nominee Shashi Tharoor has pulled out of the race for the post of the next UN Secretary General. The decision came after the South Korean Foreign Minister Ban Ki-Moon emerged a clear winner in the fourth straw polls.
