Sanjay Joshi quits, Narendra Modi attends BJP meet

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today had his way, forcing the resignation of Sanjay Joshi from the BJP National Executive, after which Mr Modi decided to attend the two-day meeting which he had earlier planned to boycott. In one stroke, Mr Modi has managed to undercut party president Nitin Gadkari, who had brought Mr Joshi back into the executive, as well as the RSS.
