Protest against Telangana: No work in Andhra Pradesh secretariat for third day

Administrative work has come to a standstill at the Andhra Pradesh secretariat with Seemandhra employees protesting for the third day straight day against bifurcation of state. Ministers on both sides of the divide have also kept away from their office at the secretariat as has Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy.
