Narsingh Yadav's four-year ban for doping has devastated the wrestler and he is in no state to talk, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, Wrestling Federation of India president, told NDTV. He added that the 74kg wrestler Narsingh was the victim of conspiracy and did not get apt opportunity to defend his case at Court of Arbitration for Sport.
