It's time for change. That's the message the young are trying to promote, as Nagaland gets ready to vote.This time nearly one-fourth of the candidates are below the age of 40 and are doctors, lawyers and social workers.There are five former presidents of the apolitical Naga Students Federation. Many of them pitted against veteran politicians in key constituencies.
