BSP Chief Mayawati has been sworn-in as the 40th Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, after a resounding victory in the elections.Mayawati had first become the chief minister in 1995 in an uneasy alliance with Samajwadi Party of Mulayam Singh Yadav.
