Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who is on a visit to India, is addressing the Parliament on Wednesday. Speaking at the joint session of Parlaiment, Abe said Japan has rediscovered India as a partner having similar goals and that India's spirit of tolerance is a gift to the world.
