S Varadarajan, CMD of BPCL, spoke to NDTV about the company's expansion plans. The company has got a capex plan of Rs 10,000 crore for FY16. Bina refinery turned profitable in Q1FY16 and the company plans to expand the capacity further. He also said that the decision about investment in Mozambique is likely by December 2015.
