The celebrations started soon after many cabinet hopefuls got calls from Rashtrapati Bhavan for Narendra Modi's swearing in ceremony, putting an end to days of speculation on whether or not they would make the final cut. For some, the focus soon shifted on who would get to attend the ceremony in person given that even ministers-to-be could only invite a limited number of guests.
