$16 bn civilian aid to Afghanistan from 2014-2017

India is already one of the biggest donors to Afghanistan with two billion dollars of developmental aid. But, the fear was international money would taper off after 2014 with international troops leaving. But the US and Japan, the top two donors, have assured Kabul of almost the same amount of assistance.
