Naseeruddin Shah Talks About Shyam Benegal's Junoon

The stars cast and director of 1978 period drama film Junoon shared their experiences and anecdotes associated with the film during a Masterclass at the recently concluded MAMI film Festival. Actor said that he was very excited when director Shyam Benegal reached out to him for the role of Sarfaraz Khan. "I had seen a number of period films as a child and it was my dream to buckle a sword on to my belt and ride around a horse," he joked during the session.
