A shocking diktat by an engineering college in Chennai for its women students - the Sri Sairam Engineering College in Chennai says women students can't carry phones or pen drives, shouldn't use Facebook and WhatsApp, can't talk to boys, can't wear high heels or color their hair… the list goes on. The college, who's professors join us on the show says the circular is a forged one aimed at spoiling the college image, but students say this is par for course not just here but in many Chennai colleges.
