India's exports are suffering a Rs 800 crore loss due to the shutdown of dyeing units in Tirupur because of environment concerns. The dyers are now ready to upgrade the existing Common Effluent Treatment Plants to make the units zero effluent discharge. But they want the government to support them with financial assistance.
