Mandatory participation in spectrum auction illogical: COAI

Rajan Mathews, director general of industry body COAI, says that EGoM's recommendation to make participation in spectrum auctions mandatory for incumbents is extremely illogical. He further cites the Supreme Court's direction to the government that the auctions be completely market driven.
