HDIL Puts Land Parcels in Gujarat, Hyderabad, Kochi on Sale
Hariprakash Pandey, VP-finance and investor relations at HDIL, talks to NDTV about the sale of non-core assets being done by the company to pare debt. The company has put a 113 acre land parcel in Gujarat for sale, a 100 acre land parcel in Hyderabad and is looking for a JV for a land parcel in Kochi. The company wants to reduce the debt to Rs 2,500 crore by FY16.
