Govt mulls regulator for realty sector

There seems to be some more bad news for the realtors already facing terrible times, with the government mulling to set up a regulator for the sector. While real estate developers are waiting to hear about sops, the government has something else in mind. The Planning Commission and Urban Development ministry are working to get a regulator in place to check malpractices by realtors.
