'Fed's Twist policy to incentivize long term investments'

Dodge O Dorland, CMT chairman and Chief investment officer at Landor & Fuest Capital Managers, says Fed's "Operation Twist" will extend the maturity and duration of some US government bonds. He adds the policy will incentivize the long term investments and may help with keeping rates down.
