Jagdamba camp in South Delhi represents the growing reality of our cities. Almost 25,000 people live here with bare minimum sanitation facilities, which makes it a breeding ground of diseases. So much so that an open drain in the slum led to repeated illness of a 15 year old girl and one day it turned out to be fatal. Who is responsible for this sanitation crisis?
