Orbit Corp may buy Kilachand house for Rs 300 cr

Kilachand house on Nepean Sea Road in south Mumbai is in the process of being sold to Orbit Corporation and IL&FS for about Rs 300 crore. Kilachand house is the last standing palace in the city of Mumbai originally owned by the Maharajah of Patiala.
