Omar Abdullah upset over Delhi snub?
The J&K chief minister spent the last few days meeting top leaders in Capital - including UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Home Minister P Chidambaram yesterday - pushing for the lifting of the controversial Armed Forces Specials Powers Act. But that did not happen and the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) chose instead to focus on what it called a governance deficit that needed to be addressed in Kashmir.
